Redskins vs Vikings gameday thread

last home game of the season, haven't won at home in over three months, i hope they can pull this one off. i think we should be able to handle the vikings but with the redskins you never know. i hope we can contain jared allen and limit the amount of times he gets to rex, i'd bet everything under the tree that he gets one strip sack today though. i think we will still win and put the score around 28-17 redskins. i'm off to fedex, HTTR!!!!!

oh and merry christmas!!!

Re: Redskins vs Vikings gameday thread

Rex Grossman will have at least two turnovers today. I've come to the point where I actually look forward to seeing Grossman turn the ball over. Ryan Kerrigan will get to Christian Ponder at least twice today. Adrian Peterson may get close to 100 yards but the defense will make sure that he doesn't. Josh Wilson will get two interceptions today. Roy Helu will return back to his 100 yard rushing ways after just getting 53 on 23 carries last week. Willie Smith will give up at least 3 sacks to Jared Allen today.

These are my predictions for today's game.

This was supposed to be the McNabb Bowl.

Re: Redskins vs Vikings gameday thread

I'm looking forward to a win today. We had a very good win last week and I'd love to see the B&G finish out the season with a win streak.

Beat the Vikings!

Beat the Eagles!

Win out, Baby!

Re: Redskins vs Vikings gameday thread

I hope we win today, that way the Vikings have a 2-13 record and will more than likely lose next week. Then I'm hoping the colts win and its between Minnesota and St. Louis for the number 1 pick...Great situation for the Skins in terms of Trading up for Luck or getting RG3. Much better situation than Luck to the Colts, Possibly manning to the Jets and Sanchez (possibly) to us. It would be great if Sanchez went to Miami, Seattle, or even better Cleveland though. That helps us big time.

skins win 27-13 today! AP has some long runs early though.

I hope Grossman comes down with serious diarrea and cant play.Beck starts and stinks it up.Hope Gano misses 4 fg's so they will seriously consider getting rid of him and sign Josh Scobee.I hope Santa gets pelted with snowballs and one goes off target and nails Both Shanahns in the face, the magic snowball if you will.I know Im going to catch hell but i dont care, winning this game means nothing, losing it could mean the difference in getting a good qb

I've rethought my position,if the skins winning would somehow help us in the draft then double bonus, that would be great!
I'd still like to see the snowball thing though

Re: Redskins vs Vikings gameday thread

Richie Petitbon had a little interview on the local channel 5's "Redskins Pregame".

Richie allowed Doc Walker to sit in on team meetings since Doc wanted to learn about defense.

Doc was hyping him up as a HoF since he had the creds. He says he doesn't think too much about it. Haha.
