Sam Bradford's pro day workout should clear up top of NFL draft

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. -- Today's the first day of the NFL Draft.

The draft actually begins at 11 a.m. CT, in Norman, Okla. That's when rehabbing Oklahoma quarterback Sam Bradford takes the field to throw the 50-pass script that the NFL world -- particularly St. Louis, picking first in the April 22 first round, and Washington, picking fourth -- has been awaiting. The Rams will have an unusually high six club reps there, including coach Steve Spagnuolo and GM Billy Devaney.

You're probably right. Rams GM Devaney may be playing " You Bet Your Job" with this pick. After the Rams passed on Ryan and Sanchez in the last two drafts, if Devaney picks someone else or trades out of the #1 spot and Bradford becomes a star on another NFL team, then Devaney could be fired.

Bradford's killing it, completed his first 30 throws, one or two ducks but otherwise he's been really sharp

Bradford finishes 50 for 50 with some nice deep outs. That beats Snead's 46-50

Ram Bradford

Uh, most likely no we can't, Clausen has had a season ending toe injury. I mean thats all we need is to pick Clausen and have him running for his life and get hit once. Bam he's no good to us anymore.

Can't take McCoy either apparently he had a shoulder injury also.

Pike apparently suffered two major injuries. Can't take him either.

J.Brown suffered a concussion and ankle injury. Most likely it will re-occur when he get hit in the NFL. Can't take him.

Bulaga has a Thyroid condition that has cost him games in the past. He's out.

I haven't even expored any injuries from draft prospects while in high school.

Don't count your chickens..... I hear he was injured also... it was either in high school or his first year in college. Can't take him either.

My point being plenty of players come out of the draft having been injured sometime in their past. If Bradford was done and could play anymore he wouldn't be still facing the draft. Doctors would have told him he can't play anymore. Hell his shoulder doctor works for the Skins so I'm sure the Skins would know if he's worth drafting or not. Maybe they know and are throwing up front to get Clausen so the Rams don't? I don't know. I know just a few things.... one being we need a more accurate QB. OL, LB, FS, RB, and one more WR to fill ARE's spot.

i am almost positive the first coach to walk up to him after the drills were over was spagnuolo. i am pretty sure it was spags, i could only see the back of his head, but he was wearing rams colors.
