Running of the bulls

Has anyone ever gone to Spain and tried this? Pamplona Bull Running - San Fermin I want to do it once before I die, it looks like a blast. I can just imagine partying all night and running with the bulls before you crash out. Sounds like a pretty good time.

I never did it, but some friends of mine played a game with rodeo bulls before. Four of them stood in hoola-hoops in the center of the arena. Whoever was the last one to stay inside the hoop won. A couple were mauled pretty good. They were lucky to avoid serious injury.

They said it was fun -- so what the heck?

Funny and sarcastic at the same time...classic. LOL.

I have done some dumb things in my life, running with the bulls won't be one of them.

Re: Running of the bulls

I definitely want to go, and sometime soon (like next year). I may be arranging a trip with a few brave people I can talk into going. PM me and I'll keep you in the loop.

Incidentally, it always produces great photos for the poor suckers who get gored. Check out the most popular photos on yahoo news.

I also want to do La Tomatina at some point. Thats the world's largest food fight where everyone throws tomatoes at each other in the town square.

Also for those who are not interested in flirting with death, you can just chill outside the windows of the houses around there and cheer.

Also if you stay more towards the front of the pack you should be alright. Quite a bit the people think they are pretty cool and try to mess with the bull at the end of the pack and that is pretty much where you see people getting messed.
