Washington Post (registration required): "As they hope for an extension of the NFL's labor agreement to improve their salary cap situation, the Washington Redskins are listening to trade offers for quarterback Patrick Ramsey, Coach Joe Gibbs said here Saturday... The New York Jets and Miami Dolphins have been identified as possible trade destinations, and a handful of other NFL teams also are looking for quarterbacks this offseason."
