NFC East - NY Giants Surprise
Is anyone else surprised that each team in the NFC East has one its opeing game (so far)?
I was surprised by the number of points the Giants put up. Anyone else notice that Chad Morton returned a punt for a touchdown? Our Halloween Eve and Christmas Eve games should be interesting. |

it's won, not one. either way, it doesn't matter for me. i don't think he'll be much of an impact vs. us.

The cards r still the cards so all the hype didn't prove much on the field.

I expect the Giants to have used up all their Mojo on the first game. Let's see what they can do against the feisty Saints.

antonio brown- nearly loses us the game yesterday and puts up an amazing 2 point some yards per punt return
Morton- Takes one to the house I am not saying we made a mistake but it does make us look stupid, regardless of the amount of money it is |

Re: NFC East - NY Giants Surprise
I'm glad someone mentioned the special teams. If you look at the statistics, I don't think the Giants dominated on offense as much as their special teams simply broke the Card's backs.
Special teams baby, the forgotten component of any team - but a lot of the successful guys get it. |

Re: NFC East - NY Giants Surprise
The gints had a punt return TD, a KO return TD and an INT that put them in the red zone, all in the second half. Not sure that will continue all year! Plus, cards aren't so great, despite being everyone's "sleeper" team.
Still, no doubt that the NFC east is better overall than it was last year. We've got our work cut out for us.

Not surprised the Cardinals still suck. That's no secret, I was beside myself when people were picking the for the playoffs. Did anyone see last season? The Giants sucked. Now Warner is a Cardinal, no surprises...they suck.
