Unconfirmed report from Mort Anderson: RT @mortreport: Redskins will sign Andre Woodson as practice squad QB; that's who they have targeted. Like his 6-5 size

He was very good at Kentucky. I was jealous when NY drafted him.

Woodson was once considered a high pick but his stock dipped quick, but regardless the kid has potential could win a spot next year.

Woodson had a QB rating of 38; Chase had a QB rating of 115.
Who CARES how you play - all that matters is to be the right height! BTW - in the latest WaPo article BOTH Zorn AND Cerrato said they wanted to keep Daniels. Confusion???????????? |

woodson will definitely be mined for his Giants playbook knowledge.
Tell me why we let Dixon go to the Eagles and kept Wynn? Both Colt [49 QB rating] and Woodson [38 rating] should be a major competition next PS against the old guy with a walker..... |
