Former Redskin Matt Bowen has agreed to do an exclusive Q&A with the members of TheWarpath.net

Matt, no shocker here but the fans are fed up with Snyder and Cerrato. What's it going to take for Snyder to wake up and significantly change the way things are run at Redskins Park? (When is he going to hire a reputable GM and step out of the way??)

And 2nd, does Trung Canidate still see you his nightmares?

If YOU are pulling the strings, who would you replace him with?

Would you agree that Snyder has given the coaches past and present every player they wanted? And the coaches need to bare some responsibility and not the Owners?

No question, just a comment.

I met Matt about 100 years ago while working at a nursey in high school in Chantilly VA. Matt came by during the holidays to buy a Christmas tree. We talked about the Redskins and life as I loaded his vehicle. Good guy, good tipper, and a good representative of the team which is really a lesson that current players need to learn. Basically - playing hard (play your guts out) and being a good dude goes a long way.

Matt having been inside the organization and having seen the way the FO is run first hand, Who would you say is more at fault for the teams failures DS or VC Because right now it is being run into the gruond? From what u have seen and heard while on the roster who is really making these decisions just asking for a inside prospective?

Hi Matt! Is there a point in the season when you think we should sit some of our starters and put some of our younger players in to get experience in a regular season game? It's still early and I don't mean right now, but is there a time when you just start playing for next year? Thanks Matt!
