Burress to Minnesota?
http://newyorkpost.com/sports/giants/41707.htm
Steeler Plaxico Burress, the most intriguing receiver on the market, is likely headed for Minnesota to replace Randy Moss. The Giants yesterday made contact with Michael Harrison, the agent for Burress, who was led to believe the Giants want to address other priorities first. I think this would be good news if it caused them NOT to take a WR in the first round with Oakland's pick (which I think is likely). That would probably leave us any reciever we wanted save Edwards. What do you guys think? |

Re: Burress to Minnesota?
Or possibly any WR we want if the bears take a RB (also possible)

How nice would that be to have Mike Williams running down the sideline and santana running across the middle, Ramsey will have a all pro year

Re: Burress to Minnesota?
I really don't know why the Bears would take a RB. Jones did just fine last year behind a shitty ass line.
