Bacon - we always bake it. I have a few of these that I put on a cookie sheet. Put bacon on rack, put rack in cookie sheet, put sheet in 350-375 degree oven until done.

Yup, that's the way to do bacon. Well, the way my wife does it at least. I just reap the rewards of her work.
