Seems to me that Mark missed his share of games. Why didn't he tough it up and go out there like a man??
Also, of those surgeries, how many of them were major ones? Reconstructive ACL? MCL? Were they just scopes to clean up debris in the knee? It matters. Again, not slighting Mark, but he really should keep quiet about others not playing with injuries when in fact he's missed games himself.

I am sure there are many situations when players played injured that we won't know about. Just because you haven't heard about, it doesn't mean it didn't happen, especially back then. Hell, didn't Nick Sundberg
played with a broken arm for almost an entire game? I know he is no RG3 (although ask the Raiders how they lost a game this season b/c of their snapper getting injured), but that should tell you about that player mentality.
