Hey, Offiss, you always seem to have it all figured out don't you? The Redskins should hire you as a consultant. Then maybe we'd start winning. Just do whatever you say and next thing you know we are back in the playoffs.

It isn't that easy. It is hard to take a team that has been nothing more than dismal the last 12 years and turn it around. Give Gibbs the benefit of the doubt. He will turn it around. Give him some time.
