Gotta love this, can't wait for Obama to be re-elected and see more of this type stuff once ObamaCare takes over the healthcare system.

Even in the People's Republic of NY, they don't want the regulations on baby formula (now who's trying to tell women what to do with their bodies and their kids) and sodas.
