I chose F, and yes I was being a smart alec. The F is because I hate all offseason moves, and want Griffin and Garcon catching those TD's now.

I also really don't know how to rate the moves honestly. The biggest move is Griffin, and assuming he is a Franchise QB this offseason is an A, but my Skins Black Helicopter sense refuses to let me get that excited.
