After Garcon and Morgan got picked up, I would get rid of Armstrong, try to trade Gaffney and cut Austin. Leaving the WR corps as:
Garcon
Morgan
Moss
Hankerson
Paul
Robinson/Banks (whoever has the better pre-season)
