Jackson is a head case who just wants to get paid, Colston had two major knee surgeries, Nicks is a good guard but he might go back and even then isn't better than Evans and he wants to get paid more than him, Finnegan has had one pro bowl year but he is famous for fighting people and he gets beat, Carr is a good corner but market will make him super overpaid, Grubbs is a good guard but how much is he worth?
Winston is the one guy I do like from his highlights and what i've seen. I would go after him for the right price. I would sign young players than can add depth.
Also see Adam Archuleta, Bruce Smith, Albert Haynesworth, Randel El, Lloyd.
We don't have a great track record with free agents.
Great teams stay away from the huge names and build through the draft, see Giants, Packers, Steelers, Patriots, Ravens. All the best players for those teams were drafted. But the new management for the redskins seems to understand that, which means we might have a bright future if Snyder doesn't interfere
