What are they doing that you don't agree with??

They've excused him from the rest of the offseason activities so he can get his act together.

Taylor himself hasn't shown much support to the organization, so under the circumstances I think the team has acted accordingly.

Should Gibbs have flown down and bailed him out? The guy won't even return the coach's phone calls.
