I agree and I would not be opposed to something like this. Given that the difference between #3 and #6 is 600 points on the (sometimes disregarded) trade value chart, we might even get away with giving up our 1st and 3rd in 2012 and our #2 in 2013. Jumping up to #3 to get RGIII is not a bad or overly expensive idea, all things considered. We need a star QB!
