I'm concerned that Morris might be a bit out of his element, coaching up d-backs in a 3-4. However, he's a smart enough guy to figure that out. What concerns me more is the idea that he might be hired to eventually replace Haslett if Haslett leaves for a HC position. That would be a return to typical Redskins FO bull****. Completely turning around the direction of the team by enacting a 3-4 defense, spend a couple of years drafting, signing and developing players to fit into it, and then going back on it after a short period of time.

As I said, that's what concerns me about the Morris hire. Ideally though, the Skins hired him to be nothing more than a dbacks coach, which is the impression I get when reading about it. He was promised by Shanahan that he can look for D-Coordinator positions next season. The impression I get is that the Skins aren't interested in Morris ever being anything more than a positions coach, which is the best position they can take.
