Losing doesn't help mentalities and mindsets, but the Skins have already had a losing culture for the last 2 decades (minus a few blips here and there)!

Not saying tank, but to think if we do well the rest of this year we would be able to instill/maintain a winning culture is naive. We have a huge hole to dig out of, and it will take another 2-3 years. At least.
