First off Hall did not get burned on the play. The setup was flawed from the start with zero support. No corner could have covered that and Hall did make the tackle. Theres no such thing as a 5 yard face mask penalty anymore. They are all 15 yard personal fouls.
There were questionable calls and no calls on both sides of the ball the entire game.
