Rosenhaus is fair and realistic in his bargaining. He tries to get the most money he can for his client, as any agent should, but he keeps his demands in the realm of the realistic. The Postons take these ridiculous positions on things that nobody has a problems with, and the player ends up holding out.
Really, if you're a player, the only reason you'd want the Postons on your side is if you want to fight tooth and nail over every single little detail in a contract, AND make unreasonable demands asking for a pie-in-the-sky contract. I am starting to think that anyone who hires the Postons may have a slight character question. If you can't be reasonable about your demands in contract negotiations and you're willing to hold out of training camp to have your demands met, I'd consider that a bit selfish.
