I hope your refering to Pitt, because from what I saw the Skins moved the ball really well on offense. Whether it was against the 1st string or the 2nd stringers. Heck the Skins went 83 yrds against 1st stringers. So, I presume your refering to Pitt cause yes they did look like they were struggling.
