What schedule are you reading?
If you rank the teams' schedules based on the win/loss record from last year, the Redskins schedule is a piece of cake. I believe it is the 29th most difficult one based on that metric. The Skins' 2011 opponents went a combined 121-135 in 2010. (Check for yourself to see if I made a math error here.)
The Redskins get to play the Panthers as one out of division team and the Vikings as the other. Based on comments here, the Vikes should be an easy game because they have such a worthless QB and the Panthers were abjectly miserable last season.
After they play the Panthers and Bills on two consecutive weekends, they then have to contend with the 49ers - - another Super Bowl contender. :yeahright
The Redskins - - and the rest of the NFC East - - get to play the NFC West this year as part of the in-conference rotation. Remember, that is the division that had no teams with winning records last year.
What you ought to fear the most is that the Redskins EASY schedule will make the team appear to be "one player away from greatness" in 2012 and tempt the powers that be into abandoning the "build from within strategy"...
