I agree that he was bullheaded, but I also think he's a man of his word. I think he stuck with Brunell for far too long, but I think it was an honesty issue rather than pride. The jury in my brain is still out as far as his personnel decisions for the future, but honestly it seems like he is building "players" rather than "mercenaries".
