Your right though he is strict about signing stuff however I just had that one example of him signing some stuff that wasn't personal.

OK, but if you see a normal sports memorabilia dealer who keeps selling them on eBay, you know something is wrong. There is an exception to every rule - but they are called exceptions for a reason.
I once did a signing with Charles Mann (his business partner) and we talked about Art. He wanted me to set something up with him, but even Charles said that Art would not sign jerseys/numbers. You also see it on the websites for the rare shows he does.
