yeah, its actually not that expensive to make, it uses super high frequencies to rattle your skull or whatever
(higher freq noises have a much narrower focus, 20hz projects 270 degrees, every octave up is 35 degrees less... 40hz is 235, 80hz is 200 etc etc)
its like an audio laser
