All that matters is where the team that ends up taking him has him ranked. Perhaps some teams do have him rated as a 2nd, 3rd, or even 4th rounder. But there are definitely teams that have him rated as a 1st rounder.

Agreed......maybe that's the reason the author put emphasis on it not being exact, leaving an open door to all the many variables.
