I think Locker has a lot of experience making throws into tight windows.

When you look at Locker as a QB prospect I think he stacks up as one of the top prospects.
Could he fail? Sure but so could any prospect even prospects w/ 65% or higher comp%.

Not gonna discount your opinion but will disagree. I saw Locker play a handful of games in his career and never came away impressed. Hey whoever we get Ill be pulling for the guy, but if we spend the 10th pick on him, Im gonna be pissed.
