I wonder who the Titans owner has in mind. I doubt the owner would simply wait so long after the season, then fire his HC who has done fairly well up untill the last two or three seasons with out having someone in mind or having already made a deal with someone to take over.

I know he will have to go through the whole interview process but you just don't fire a HC like Fisher unless you either have major differences, can't get along, or already have a replacement ready.
