Yes, I think they should and will put McNabb back in as starter from Week 1.

He played well for the most part, except for his interception total, but we had a big play offense we have not seen since Spurrier's preseason and the last couple minutes of the Monday Night Miracle.

McNabb, like Campbell the year(s) before, took a beating from lack of protection. He ran out of trouble VERY well, better than he has for years in my opinion. But, any QB can only do so much on his own.

Rabach needs replaced ASAP. We may need to solidify the RT position. Dockery isn't fit for the scheme and will need to be demoted or replaced. The only lineman we can really feel confident in is Trent Williams. Our #10 pick needs to be used on the BEST lineman we can get, any position, but preferably a Center/Guard who can either replace Rabach or allow one of our guards who are natural centers to kick him to the curb.

Put a rookie QB behind Rabach and he'll have more INTs than TDs too.

Build up this line with the #10 pick and hopefully the second rounder too. Go after a FA...even Jared Gaither for a season or two. Hopefully Mike Williams can come back strong.

McNabb did have some setbacks in his transition from a polar-opposite offense under Reid, but he did show signs of being a QB we can win with...but now alone.

Don't forget, he wasn't the only Redskin on offense who was transitioning to a new system...they ALL were. Ask Derrick Dockery how easy is was. Even Cooley had a rough year with drops...perhaps his concentration was on the new routes or assignments?

Year 2 needs to be a continuation of Year 1. Don't give up after 16 games, that would be foolish and set us back to Day 1-Post Zorn again.

McNabb needs to keep progressing but needs protection too. He couldn't even be assured of the ability to drop back every play...at least once weekly, Rabach would tackle him.
