From what I've gathered, Sorkin definitely took creative liberties with the story. While Zuckerberg isn't painted as a saint, the movie shows that nobody came out clean during Facebook's ascension. Zuckerberg is written in a way that leaves much to be interpreted from the viewer. You should still watch it if you have any interest... it's a good flick.
