They can usually get away with it against lesser defenses because they have a bunch of big play threats and so in general, those big plays are there for them when they want/need them. And with that defense, they only need a couple big throws to win a ballgame.
The Redskins allowed no plays over 30 yards in this game. Just one over 25 yards.
