So AH's remarks, recontextualized, were: "Why did Shanny call it a headache when I have rhabdomyolysis, which you get from not being in shape. Why didn't he tell everyone that I'm out-of-shape? But I didn't have it so bad that I missed the game. So what I'll do is miss OTA's again next year and show up out-of-shape again - that will solve the problem."
Once again we see that arrogance is as stupid does.

Exactly. I'm a doctor, so I love clearing up this medical stuff for you guys.
1) Rhabdo is the same thing as saying "muscle breakdown". It happens when you exert yourself to the extreme, and worse when you're dehydrated. Happens to marathon runners all the time. Here's the thing, I bet if you tested all those football players after a long day of practice, a bunch would have some minor muscle enzyme leakage in the blood. And you could say that they had some "muscle breakdown" or rhabdo. But I bet his amount of leakage was fairly small, and I'd bet his muscle enzyme levels are comparable to other players (who aren't complaining). But that's just a guess.
2) In the extreme, yes, it can affect the kidney. I'm certain Haynesworth was NOWHERE CLOSE to affecting his kidneys. His kidneys are completely normal and fine, trust me.
In the end, Haynesworth probably did have rhabdo (muscle breakdown). He muscles did probably hurt all over. But if he was in better shape (and well hydrated), this probably would not have happened. And he's trying to use this to blame his problems on someone else.
To the point, it may be time to start thinking about cutting him before he starts eating away at this team.
