Especially with so many states having to be picky about who they send to jail for the lower end crimes thanks to budget constraints. Heck in California you see guys like Chris Brown get off with community service on the East Coast (thanks Cali, it's no wonder gangs love working over there).

Still I'm a little worried about this. I mean God knows we have Ovechkin doing more then we care to admit but Ovi seems to be good at not getting caught. Fred on the other hand I could easily see getting caught on an NFL drug test for smoking pot. This is the guy that's suppose to be our number 2 or 3 receiver this year in what looks to be a somewhat innovative offense. Of course if Thomas continues to step up it could easily be Sellers that ends up being the odd man out.
