I dont think this is a big deal. He didnt word it as eloquently as he probably should have, but he is probably trying to say he has confidence in the team to continue winning despite McNabb.

Also McNabb heard about this as a question from a reporter. I am sure if he took the time to look at the quote he would see it wasnt as bad as the media portrays it to be.
