Just b/c your drafted in the 5th round or lower doesn't mean you aren't talented. Schereth was 12th rounder (I think) and played in the league for over 10 years. It's not where these guys came from that's the problem, it's that they have demonstrated a lack of talent. Will average talent be improved by a good scheme and good coaching? Yes. Do the guys we have rise to the level of even
average talent? Maybe 3-5 guys do. So yes, it will be improved. Is it still gonna be a crappy line with no depth.
