Hopefully Leonis can fix the Wizards but it'll obviously be much harder. For starters he won't have an Ovechkin to build around, however by all accounts the Caps would be similar to the Thrashers with Ilya Kolvachuck if they didn't surround him with talent so it's not like he didn't build a team. Then we have to deal with Agent 0's contract. It's also likely that we're not going to win the lottery to get John Wall or Tyreke Evans so that will be another blow, however hopefully they can lay down a plan similar to what they did with the Caps and build that way.

I'm personally fine with the way the Redskins are "rebuilding" but for the Wizards I would rather see them do it the hard way unless they can somehow do it in a manner similar to the Celtics and that isn't happening.
