I know Charels Woodson signed his franchise tag tender sheet for like 10 million, and that really put them in trouble. I never really heard what happend with that, but they resigned Jerry Porter (who counted nothing against the cap before, since he was a FA), traded for Moss and made this signing...... thats a pretty good cap genius they have over there.
