Perhaps we'll designate picks as AFC or NFC and alternate down the line.

My suggestions:
- Reverse draft order is fine.
- I first thought limiting everyone to teams 80 and lower would keep things closer for the "rookies". But now I think it might be the opposite. Think of it this way - if you were to play someone really bad at Madden would they have a better chance with a Jax vs. Houston or with a Pitt vs. NEng. I'd say the latter. Maybe new guys can pick over 80 and the returning guys under 80? Matt can decide, anything is fine with me.
- Same amount of teams in each conference.
- I still say we force teams into certain divisions, so we can all be guaranteed at least a few head-to-head games. So with 8 teams we'd put 4 in each conference with division pairs. So maybe 2 guys get the NFC North, 2 guys get NFC South, 2 guys in AFC East, and 2 guys in AFC West (for example).
- Play at least 2 games per week. I think this was key in keeping the interest level up. Matt did a great job advancing the weeks and keeping us on the ball.
- Maybe a prize to the winner? I think any cash prize is a bad idea cuz you dont want guys getting too serious, but maybe a champion t-shirt or hat or something. Id gladly donate a few bucks towards the madden prize fund.
