Oh for what it's worth, a good friend who's fairly close to the Allen family confirmed what someone else here mentioned, that Bruce and Shanny have been talking about doing a move together for a while. Again, I have to firsthand knowledge of this, just what someone told me.

I think it was simply the right place and right time more than Snyder's brilliance bringing them here.
