I'd be shocked if Fisher gets fired. I don't think there will be a surprise firing this year. With 2011 so uncertain and owners not wanting to be paying 2 coaches with no game revenue coming in there's too much risk to shake things up for the sake of shaking them up.

Washington, Cleveland, Oakland and Buffalo are the only likely changes I see.
