Why is Allen better then VC?

Easily....Allen picks players from the draft that are actually needed on the team. Plus he has decent scouts checking them out. VC has had crappy scouts and only picked Best Player Available. BPA is not a bad idea if your team has no significant needs but when you have glaring needs you have to pick for that position.
