Who in your eyes is the perfect fit for the skins going into 2010 season. I feel that it's a four piece puzzle to a championship team. 1 the owner, 2 the GM, 3 the coach, 4 the QB.
We already have 2 pieces of the puzzle, possibly 3: Snyder, and Allen.

What do you guy think of a Shannahan-Allen mix? Gruden- Allen, Allen-Grimm, Zorn- Allen? What is the best 4 realistic pieces of this puzzle that you would like to see in Washington.
