Somewhat off track here, but I'm increasingly frustrated with the media chasing and creating storylines and not acknowledging what they should. For instance, it seemed to me that Tim Tebow and Florida got more attention for what they didn't do instead of Bama stomping the crap out of them. I've also noticed that following Notre Dame games, whether it be NBC or ESPN, the story was always about Charlie Weis and his seniors. Win, lose, or draw the immediate interviews were always with Weis.
I felt bad for Connecticut after they beat Notre Dame, same with Stanford and Navy, how it was all about whether Weis was staying or going.
