I think Campbell can definitely be starter material
ONLY if he has a solid offensive line to play behind. He is what I would call an average starter in the NFL. He can make plays, has a great arm, and seems very intelligent. However, he doesn't possess that "it" factor like I've seen from someone like Rodgers, Brees, or Rivers. And Rodgers is actually a great example of an elite QB who despite being behind a poor offensive line can make plays for you and win ball games.
