And look how terrible Brees was when he went to the Saints from the Chargers. It took him a good 5 years to get acclimated. And remember how Brady came in for Bledsoe and screwed everything up. They could have gone far in the playoffs that year if only Brady had more time to learn the system. Pennington sucked last year too when he went to the Dolphins. It's all about time in the system.
