for some reason the link isn't working for me, but trample the eldery's sig scares me:

I'm sure it's easy to take that out of perspective, but if his interview is anywhere close to that, oh my! This is the man leading our team? SERIOUSLY???? Things DO NOT take care of themselves you friggin moron! Holy crap I want to strangle his ass for saying that. No wonder our beloved team is sucking, our leadership SUCKS.
