Agreed. I don't necessarily think the guys above "get it" any more than VC does. But I do agree that there has to be someone else with authority in this triumvirate. You'd think it'd be the head coach, but maybe Zorn is like Spurrier in that he just doesn't get involved in all that personnel stuff
