I really appreciate the repsonses...I have been feelin like that for awhile. Again...if you want to look at 1st year coaches that turn things around as the standard..go ahead..I won't. That is not the rule but exception in those cases. What happenes if we change coaches and it looks the same way in 1 ½ years...we change again b/c it looks like its not workin??? The more money we pay a big name coach = the faster we will be disappointed cuz things didn't happen fast enough.
