I can't blame Snyder for not wanting to board the plane with Zorn or the team. It was an embarrassing loss after leading by 15 in the second half.
I don't consider this a tantrum...it seems more like a move of self-control. It would have been an ugly scene.
I really hate to say it, but I'm to the point where I think Zorn should be removed immediately. His playcalling never improves, he's not learning from mistakes and he's just in over his head. Personally, I love the guy. He's a great person. However, he just isn't ready for a role of leadership without experience. (seems popular for D.C. right now though)
We should install a new coach this week and not wait for Zorn's playcalls to fail against the Eagles before the bye week. Let the new coach rally the guys and maybe we can show up against Philly.
It's painful to admit it won't work. I had all of the optimism for Zorn that he's get it. Apparently, that 6-2 start last season was leftover from Coach Gibbs.
